1. Age Restriction
   Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to make purchases from parkbahcemarketi.com.

2. Payment Methods
   Purchases can be made via credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or bank transfer. Orders for which the bank transfer is not completed within one week will be canceled. The order is considered placed not at the time of submission, but once the credit card payment is authorized or the bank transfer is received in our account.

3. Invoice and VAT
   All orders will be delivered with an accompanying delivery note (waybill invoice) as required by law. If the billing and shipping addresses differ, the product will be sent with the waybill and the invoice will be mailed separately. All prices are listed in Turkish Lira (TRY). VAT is applied at 20%, except for garden furniture, which is subject to 10% VAT.

4. Price Errors
   parkbahcemarketi.com is not responsible for pricing errors resulting from system or typographical mistakes.

5. Force Majeure
   Unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of the parties, such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, changes in legislation, seizure, strike, lockout, or major malfunctions in production or communication facilities, shall be considered force majeure. The affected party must notify the other in writing immediately. Neither party shall be held liable for non-performance during the force majeure period. If the force majeure persists for more than ten (10) days, either party reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the agreement.

6. Stock Availability
   Although product lists are updated daily, some items may be out of stock at the supplier upon ordering. In such cases, customers will be notified by email, and any credit card pre-authorizations will be removed. For orders paid via bank transfer, only the product amount will be refunded. Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer. To avoid unnecessary fees, we recommend using online banking or ATM services for transfers.

7. Shipping and Delivery
   Orders within Turkey will be shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo. We do not offer free shipping to international addresses, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), or islands. For remote locations requiring transfer services, the extra shipping cost will be paid by the buyer. Products are delivered to the entrance of the address only; couriers are not responsible for moving items indoors or into gardens. In cases where customers refuse delivery for such reasons, return shipping costs (both ways) will be deducted from the refund. Assembly of flat-pack (dismantled) products is the responsibility of the customer.

8. Delayed or Damaged Deliveries
   If your package is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, you may contact us at [email protected]. Either we or the customer can contact the courier for tracking. Once the delivery is accepted, it is considered successfully completed. If you notice visible damage during delivery, refuse the package and request a damage report. Send the report to [email protected]. Upon receipt of the report, we will resend the product as soon as possible.

9. Right of Withdrawal
   Customers may cancel the contract and return the product within seven (7) days of receipt without providing any reason or incurring any penalties. Products made to order, single-use goods, perishable items, or goods with a near expiration date are not eligible for return. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the original invoice must be included. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned product and documents. If the original invoice is not returned, VAT and other legal deductions will not be refunded.

10. Credit Card Security
    Your credit card details are not stored in our system.

11. Legal Acknowledgement
    By shopping on parkbahcemarketi.com, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all the above terms and confirms having reviewed the essential features of the products, including price (with VAT), payment methods, delivery conditions, and timelines. Any matters not covered in this agreement shall be governed by the provisions of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 4077.
