💳 For Orders Paid via Bank Transfer (EFT/Wire Transfer)

1. Orders placed via bank transfer will be automatically cancelled within 10 days if payment is not received.

2. To cancel your entire order, please inform our team on the same day by calling +90 312 866 12 76 or using our Contact Form. Since most orders are shipped the same day, early notice is essential.

3. To cancel specific items in your order, use the same contact methods to inform our staff.

4. If an item in your order cannot be supplied, our team will inform you. You may choose a substitute, receive a partial refund, or cancel the order entirely.

5. Refunds will be made to the same bank account used for the payment. If any account information is missing, our representative will contact you.

💳 For Orders Paid by Credit Card

1. To cancel your entire order, please contact us on the same day via phone or contact form.

2. To cancel individual items from your order, use the same communication channels.

3. If any product is unavailable, you will be notified. You can request a replacement item, partial refund, or cancel the entire order.

4. Credit card refund requests are processed immediately, but the refund period depends on your bank’s policy.

📦 Return Conditions

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.

• Returns must be made within 3 business days.

• You can either return the item directly to our store/factory address or ship it back by covering the shipping cost.

• If the return shipping is not prepaid, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

• Used, damaged, or opened packages are not accepted for return unless the product is defective.
